Our school values strong partnerships with our families and community. Parents and carers can get involved through our Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) or by volunteering at our school. Your time and support help make our school a better place for everyone.

We are proud to be a part of a vibrant school community where parents, carers and community members come together to support our students and school.

The Bangor P&C plays a vital role in enhancing the educational experience of every child through close collaboration with school staff. We help create a supportive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Whether it's fundraising for resources, organising events or contributing ideas, our P&C is committed to making a positive difference in the school life of all students. We welcome all new members - your involvement no matter how big or small helps build a stronger community for our children.

What we do

Uniform Shop

The Bangor Public School P&C proudly operates the school uniform shop making it easy and affordable for families to purchase quality school uniforms.

Order Online

Browse and order uniform items using the square website - it's a quick and convenient way to ensure your child is ready for school. Visit our site at: https://bangorpandc.square.site/

In person

Prefer to shop in person, visit us at the uniform shop every Wednesday morning from 8.45am - 9.45am.

Fundraising

The Bangor Public School P&C organises a variety of fundraising events throughout the year to support our students and school community.

Funds raised go directly to enhancing:

• educational resources

• community and school events

• facility and learning spaces

From Mother's Day, Father's Day stalls and breakfasts/afternoon teas to raffle and special event days our fundraising efforts help create new opportunities and enrich the learning experience for every student.

The support of parents and carers make a real difference!

Get Involved

We warmly invited all parents and carers to join the Bangor Public School P&C. Your involvement big or small can make a lasting impact on our school community. Whether you can:

P&C meetings

Our P&C meetings are held on a Tuesday evening commencing at 7.00pm in Week 3 and Week 8 of each school term in the library to discuss school matters, plan activities and collaborate on ideas.

To become a member of the Bangor P&C a $1.00 joining fee gives you voting rights and helps support our initiatives. Meetings are open to all parents and carers, come along, stay informed and have your say.

You can visit the website or create it as an app on your phone.

Volunteer at our school

Helping out at school is a great way to get involved in your school community.

Volunteer opportunities include:

• helping in the canteen
• getting involved in the P&C
• volunteering on sports days and other school events
